Do you have a complaint?
While we do our best to offer you tailored capacity building trainings and programmes in a gender-responsive and socially inclusive manner, should you have complaints regarding:
- Non-compliance with environmental or social safeguards;
- Improper use of public funds or economic crime;
- Reprisals as a result of your cooperation with IKI Independent Complaint Mechanism (ICM).
Lodge a formal complaint directly to the Independent Complaint Mechanism (ICM) of the International Climate Initiative (IKI) by email to: IKI-complaints@z-u-g.org
Kindly note that cases regarding the rejection of funding are not eligible, and will NOT be considered.
